The blade did meet my expectations and you guys had great customer service in terms of getting back to me before and after I ordered the product. I still have a lot of pain but am hoping overtime the insert will help the healing process. As far as trimming the product to fit athletic shoes; do you recommend cutting with scissors or using some type of grinder?
