I am very pleased with my blade!  

My Orthopedist recommended it to me for Gout.  

While I am still dealing with swelling in my left foot, the pain has completely subsided and I am using the blade every day.  I will be purchasing another one soon for my right foot before we leave for a hiking trip in Colorado.
