User Comments: I have tried many inserts all of which try to push the bones apart by increasing pressure at the point of the neuroma, but it has never worked for me. I saw yours and saw that the X1 Neuroma Blade does counter. Your X1 Neuroma Blade does the opposite by relieving the area with a slim pocket under the neuroma unweighting the neuroma during weight-bearing. Interesting - I've never seen that before. I am going to order one and let you know how it goes. Amy
