X1 Blade HTL Model for Daughters 1st MTP Arthritis
Contact Name: LINDA WITH
Phone: 651-XXX-75XX
Email Address: elxxxxxxx@aol.com
Comments or Questions:
Hello Clyde,
Daughter, 26, diagnosed with arthritis and bone spur and lots of pain on first MTP. Think the 2nd surgery and long-standing immobilization of that toe and bone caused the arthritis.
She has cork orthotics for falling arches (has since 4 years old). Tried carbon plate on forefoot from top of orthotic to an inch below MTP joint but couldn't find any shoes to accomodate the height. Daughter has a wide foot as well as with the swelling needs a deep toe box.
Would any of your products be super slip to place under her custom orthotic and not change the depth requirement of shoes? We do not want old lady orthopedic shoes.
Do you have any shoes to recommend? Working with a person who makes all kinds of prosthetics has not proved helpful.
Any help would be appreciated.
Linda
Hi Linda,
I suggest you first try the X1 Blade HTL model under your daughters shoe insert. The primary goal with X1 Blades is not to notice anything except pain reduction. There is a solution - try this one first.
