 Clyde,  it's ok but still trying to find the combination to relieve the pain when i sprint on my toes and kick. My great toe joint is really sore on the top side guessin a dorsal bunion from sprinting cutting and kicking for years. No matter what I do it always feels like there's needles in the joint.
