Plan: Fabricate X1 Blade Shoe Stifner medium stiff to replace athletes walking boot. Insert will be used in a light training shoe - max weight of Blade should not exceed 1.3 oz and density no more than 0.060". Create a contoured shape to facilitate normal gait rockers.
