Plantar Fasciitis
Diagnosis: Bilateral Plantar Fasciitis ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code M72.2
Plan: Fabricate a pair of X1 Blade PF's. PF should include a 1cm trilaminate heel lift/cushion to unweight heel by dorsiflexing the foot and increase shock absorption. Attach trilaminate lift to to a medium shoe Stiffner. The Shoe Stiffner will weaken mechanical forces applied to the foot and control hyperpronation by making clients shoes more sturdy. OTS arch support may be added by user. This combination should ease plantar pain and allow the plantar fascia to heal.
