Just what I was looking for but could't find until I searched the internet. I ordered 3 (to have in running shoe, golf shoe and back-up!).

I think the orthotic is great as I'm an active golfer and runner.

I suffer from Hallux Rigidus and do a lot of jumping and squatting.

Im trying to avoid an operation (ive had a few steroid injections, but they wear off) and was wondering which insert might help me? 

Also i live in the uk, so do you ship here?
