Add .03" unidirectional carbon sheet directly under the 5th metatarsal as a buildup to unload the base of the healing 5th metatarsal bilaterally. It will also add some stability to the shoe during activity. Specs: thickness and weight of X5 GoBlade #6371 - (1/25") thin - .9329 oz light
