Katy, TX - X1 Blade #6179 Allows Daughter to Pitch!

X1 Blade Pro Model

July 29, 2014 Re: X1 Blade Survey for X1 Blade #6179 Houston, TX

Clyde, thank you for your follow-up.  I meant to contact you after receiving and using the insert.  My daughter was able to pitch that next weekend on the turf field thanks to the insert.  Her foot/toe still bothered her, but she was able to pitch.  Without the insert, I do not think she could have played at all.

The injury is slowly but surely improving, and she is still using the insert for her lessons and practices.  Thank you very much for your assistance and your fine product.  Expensive, but worth every dime!

Re: X1 Blade Survey Response

Clyde, It is working out very nicely. It has taken my toe from a nightly throbbing
and aching from normal daily movement to just small discomfort after
playing a tennis match that would have previously been impossible without
it. This has been a chronic injury for years and while not totally healed
it gets better each day. I feel I may finally be over the hump. Ron

Jeff H. from Redwood City, CA Needs New Blade

Need a new blade.

Clyde, I ordered the below from you a couple of years ago for my #3 son and it worked extremely well; however, my son has mysteriously lost the blade that you made for him and needs another one identical to what you made for him in 2011.

I will call you first thing in the morning to see if we should stay with the Pro or move up to the Pro+ with Off-Loading Pain Relief Pocket.”  http://indianabrace.com/X1BladeforTurfToehalluxrigidusPain.aspx & 1-800-253-6217

The toe does not hurt my son very much during regular sports activity; however, it does during training.  Some colleges are after him to play football and baseball (he’s a HS Junior) so the workouts are starting to intensify.

Cheers - Jeff

X1 Blade "The Only Thing That Works for My Turf Toe Pain!"

Talked to Martin M. from Sarasota, FL today who is a long time user of my X1 Blade for his turf toe pain. He wanted to order a Pro for running and a Pro+. The Pro+ for
tennis since his injury involved the sesamoid bones and he wanted the relief pocket.

"Clyde, I have tried many other inserts - some custom made.  Your X1 Blade is the only product that has allowed me to run again,"  said Martin.

"I wear the Blades in my work out shoes and dress shoes. Thanks Clyde."

X1 Blade "Best Thing We Ever Bought!"

Contact Name: Bo D. Phone: 508XXXXXXX Email Address: dexxxxxbo@yahoo.com Comments or Questions: Hello Clyde - Bought an X1 blade for my son last spring for lacrosse & football. It saved him, and was the best thing we ever bought for his turf toe issues. The only problem is that we have gone through 3 pairs of cleats over the past 6 months (Under Armor Highlights). The blade tends to push back into the heel of the cleat and eventually tears through the back of the cleat. Wondering if you have any suggestions. Thanks Clyde. -Bo D.

Hi Bo - Double wrap the back of the X1 Blade with electrical tape. That will take care of that problem. Clyde
