Diagnosis: Turf toe injury
Hx: Edwin V./ Knoxville, TN - Male moderate runner ordered an X1 Blade Runner model on 12/15/ via IBC website. Edwin will place the X1 Blade under the insole of a New Balance running shoe.

P: Fabricate X1 Blade Runner model with flexible mid and rear zone. Add a thin stiffened relief under great toe and cover with ShearBan. Pad heel - 1/8" Moleskin.
