Rx: X1 Blade for 5th Metatarsal FractureDiagnosis: Fracture of 5th metatarsal mid-shaft.
History: Internet order 12/14/15 from Advanced Physical Therapy for a 26.4cm X1 Blade for a "5th met fracture"for one of their clients.
Plan: Fabricate an X1 Blade with Blade on lateral border to add support to fracture. To be used during competition.
Sx: Shipped product USPS Priority Mail on 12/17/15.
