Truly Blessed to Receive X1 Blade for Son's Turf Toe - A Miracle!
Re: X1 Blade Survey
The brace works great!
As soon as our son inserted in his shoe he was able to run! He has not been able to do that in three weeks. It's a Miracle!
I would recommend to anyone.
Truly Blessed! Sharise.

Clyde's Hoosier Face Mask Works Perfectly for Daughter
Clyde
The face mask you delivered for my daughter was perfect.
The mask we found locally was completely inhibiting her vision for soccer. With your mask she hasn't missed a game despite the broken nose. She even took a direct face shot from a kicked ball. Everyone gasped but she didn't miss a beat - she chased down the ball and made the play.
Thank you for sending it on short notice on the day before thanksgiving!

Hello
Marcus - Shoe sizes in Australia and USA are the same (English
Standard). I would suggest my popular neuroma blade (choose 3 and 4th
toe version). It will help shrink the neuroma by off-loading and
stabilizing the affected area during normal walking. I have attached the
web page for the X1 Blade for neuroma discomfort.

Scott from Sweet Grass, MT - Lisfranc Injury Orders X1 Blade Shoe Stiffner
X1 Blade Shoe Stiffners |
A Lisfranc (midfoot) injury occurs when bones in the midfoot that form the arch on top of the foot are broken or torn by either a low-energy injury (football, soccer, or stumbles over a flexed foot) or high-energy (trauma or fall fro a height).
This midfoot joint complex so important in walking is called the Lisfranc joint. The Lisfranc joint was named after Jaques Lisfranc de St. Martin. He was French surgeon and gynecologist who served in the Napoleonic army in the 1800s. Dr. Lisfranc pioneered many types of original surgical
If there are no fractures or dislocations in the joint and the ligaments are not completely torn, a strict nonsurgical treatment may include non-weightbearing casts for a period of time. After that progresses to weightbearing in a removable walker boot or an orthotic like X1 Blade Shoe Stiffner - "medium sping".
Recovery may vary even tho the surgical or nonsurgical treatment was excellent. Arthritis may occur because of damage done to the cartilage during the injury and cause chronic pain. This may require fusion in the future.
An X1 Blade Shoe Stiffner - "rigid" could help relieve the chronic arthritic pain by immobilizing the Lisfranc joint externally (in shoe). Thus delaying a possible surgical procedure.

Hoosier OTS Sport Mask - Cleaning Question
Question
Clyde,
We received our daughters face mask today and got her back out on the court tonight. Couldn't be happier!
What do you recommend in terms of keeping the mask clean...the pads are loaded with sweat and we'd like to keep the mask clean since she will be needing it for a while?
Thanks - Lisa
Answer
Hi Lisa,
Glad the Hoosier OTS mask helped get your daughter back on the court!.
Cleaning? Warm soap and water will do it. The stand-off pads inside the mask are made of surgical wool felt and will dry quickly.
WHY WOOL FELT? Wool felt retains its shape, wicks moisture, provides comfort and support without injuring the applied skin surface.
